The Center for Participatory Governance (CPaG) is an NGO based in Cebu, Philippines, engaged in democratic participation in local governance and active citizenship initiatives. Established in 1999, it blossomed into a local resource center for participatory governance as well as an advocacy center. Some of its advocacies in participatory governance include the proper utilization of the 20% local development fund, adequate representation of civil society groups in the local special bodies and local representation.
